Alisha began working in social skills groups for children with autism over 20 years ago.
She has been blessed to work from the ground up starting as an Autism Support Worker all the way to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Her education and experience combines three worlds: Speech Therapy, ABA, and Developmental Disabilities.
Her focus has always been play-based therapies that teach positive life-skills! Her passion has always been to be part of a team that helps build strong foundation stones for individuals with special needs so they can grow and develop into their fullest potential!
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
Andrea completed her Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis at St. Cloud State University. She became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2015. Andrea worked 10 great years with the Autism Team at the Stan Cassidy Center for Rehabilitation with Horizon Health.
She is very interested in teaching functional communication and adaptive skills that allow people to lead meaningful and independent lives. Andrea is known for her love of data collection and making people laugh. She is excited to be working with RealWorldABA to provide best practice, data based, effective intervention.
